Storytelling Hut

The Story Telling Hut is located on the left side at the start of the trailways. Originally it was envisioned that families or children would congregate here in a small group and arrange to have a story teller from the museum staff recite stories of a local nature or from well known storywriters such as Hans Christen Andersen.

Over time the hut has become more than a storytelling place and is now used for other things, for example, its the place for children’s face painting and costumes during Viking days.
